Geshers waterfront program is coordinated by tzevet agam (swim specialist staff) who are qualified both as lifesavers and swim instructors. They proficiently teach the chanichim the fundamental skills and, eventually, test them. Your children can return home with their Aquaquest badges. Bronze cross can even be earned at machaneh Gesher. In addition, as a special treat, in some waterfront peulot renowned water sports - such as water polo and greasy watermelon - are played. The General Swim offered daily allows the chanichim to enjoy free-time in the lake, swimming, on the trampoline, or on the slide while the madrichim overlook their safety. This period is widely acknowledged as a favourite part of the day. And most days after lunch we let the chanichim swim, or just chill on the beach.
