A Gesher Yom Meyuchad is the most anticipated event of the summer. At some point during the morning, amadrichim surprise the chanichim with a choreographed "break". Every Yom Meyuchad had an original theme; some are are purely for fun (i.e. Yom Simpsons) while others contain lessons (i.e Yom Israel). The standard Yom Meyuchad involves a innovative, stimilating activity schedule and exquisite, themed meals. Although every day at machaneh is special, a Yom Meyuchad is a refreshing change for chanichim andamadrichim alike. |
